Burundi Honey Process Gakenke - Creamy body and a strong show of sweetness in the cup, with flavor profiles of pumpkin pie, brown sugar, tres leches cake, accented by hints of cardamom, ginger powder, and mace. Good for espresso.

Honduras Edwin Ever Sabillon Parainema - Notable sweetness and a splash of acidity when roasted on the lighter side. Raw sugar notes shift to a caramelized shade in the aftertaste, with glimpses of tart orange, dark tea, and hints of spice.

Kenya Othaya Gura AA - Shows best in the medium-to-dark roasts, sweetness is well developed, with aspects of raw sugar, dried fruit, dark chocolate, and cedar. Also a Kenya worth considering for espresso. Good for espresso.
