What's the most important piece of advice you've been given in your career journey?

Get the right people on the bus! Bring together people who align with your company's values, share your vision, and have the core capabilities you need. Once you've got the right team, you can collectively shape the strategy and turn your vision into reality. 

You've been a pioneer in the sustainable beauty space - what do you think is the most important quality for women who want to break new ground in their industry?

Resilience is key.

What sustains you through the inevitable obstacles when working in innovation isn't just determination, but a deep connection to why your work matters and staying true to your purpose. For me, seeing how our  sustainable practices inspire industry-wide change reminds me how important our work is.
