Passenger flights shall be arranged by Wheels Up Partners LLC, Wheels Up Private Jets LLC, or Air Partner LLC, each acting as a bona fide agent for charterer. Flights that depart from, or arrive, or conducted entirely outside of the U.S. shall be arranged by Air Partner Limited, Air Partner International, Air Partner International GmbH, and/or Air Partner Srl, each acting as a foreign indirect air carrier. The air charter broker(s) shall be disclosed to charterer in a Trip Quote.
All flights shall be operated by a direct air carrier or foreign direct air carrier that holds an Air Carrier Certificate under 14 C.F.R. § 119 (or equivalent license as a foreign air carrier under applicable foreign law), authorizing them to furnish air transportation services pursuant to 14 C.F.R § 121, 129 or 135 (or equivalent license authority as a foreign air carrier under applicable foreign law), as such air carrier may be utilized or designated to charterer with prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, when Wheels Up Partners LLC or Wheels Up Private Jets LLC provide air transportation services to a charterer, they are a direct air carrier (also referred to as an “Operator”), and with respect to any cargo flights arranged by Air Partner LLC, such flights are arranged in its capacity as an indirect air carrier.
*The savings of up to 30% applies to the highest available rate from February 10, 2025 to February 14, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), and is appliable if: (i) the flight booked on or after February 10, 2025 and before February 14, 2025 at 11:59 pm (ET) (the “Promotion Period”); (ii) the flight is flown February 10, 2025 and before March 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm (ET); and (iii) the flight departs from and arrives within the Wheels Up Membership Primary Service Area (see the map available at wheelsup.com). Discount will vary based on cabin class and aircraft availability, demand, itinerary details, (such as date, time of date, and destination and arrival cities). Discount does not apply to large cabin aircraft, Hot Flights or Shared Flights. The highest available rate during the Promotion Period is published on the Wheels Up pricing calendar, which is available on the Wheels Up App and Wheels Up website. Rates with cost savings are also illustrated on the Wheels Up App and Wheels Up website. If you are a Wheels Up Member, your Wheels Up agreement applies to your flight. In the event of a conflict between this offer and your Wheels Up agreement, this offer shall prevail. If you are not a Member, the Wheels Up Charter Services Terms and Conditions (the “Charter Agreement”), available at wheelsup.com, applies to your flight. In the event of a conflict between this offer and the Charter Agreement, this offer shall prevail. Additional services, such as deicing, hangar fees, catering, will incur extra costs and fees.
